We treat the responsibility to hold all data related to our clients very seriously. Our initial request for contact detail is filed securely in an encrypted data repository. No initial data is ever provided to any third party or related business entity.
Our clients have the right request full withdrawal of all pertinent client data at any time.
All online forms employ a Secure Sockets (SSL) protocol to provide “secure sessions” for our visitors. Information communicated via each session such as our contact forms will be sent and will arrive privately and unaltered at our server.
This security prohibits other companies and web users from being able to access your information.
All data provided and employed by J10Group staff throughout an engagement with a client is subject to the conditions in our Client Confidentiality Agreement and/or Professional Services Arrangement.
These documents employ the following terms.
Confidentiality – Data
Confidential Information. Each party receiving Confidential Information (“Recipient”) shall retain in confidence and require its employees, agents, and contractors, to retain in confidence the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and all Confidential Information of a party that discloses Confidential Information (“Discloser”).
“Confidential Information” means information, in written or other tangible form, which is directly related to the business of the Discloser, which has been conspicuously marked by the Discloser as “confidential” or “proprietary” at the time of disclosure, or, if not so marked, if it should reasonably be regarded as confidential due to the nature of the information being disclosed.
The Recipient shall retain the Discloser’s Confidential Information in the same manner the Recipient retains its own Confidential Information. Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the Discloser’s express written consent (except, solely for Recipient’s internal business needs, to consultants and subsidiaries who have a duty of confidentiality towards the Recipient in respect of such Confidential Information).
J10Group will not retain client data of any nature post-delivery of an agreed engagement. During such engagements, any data recorded, observed, and required to be used for reporting and or testing purposes will be held on a fully encrypted data repository. Such repositories will not be disclosed, advertised and or used by anyone outside of the J10Group organisation.
Confidentiality – Personal Identifiable Information
We will only collect information which personally identifies you (“Personal Identifiable Information”) if you provide it to J10Group voluntarily. This will be information that you provide by filling in forms on our site, including personal registration, company registration (with a person as the company contact), site surveys, registration for promotional materials.
- The information J10Group will collect could include Your name, e-mail address.
- information provided at the time of subscribing to our services (e.g. contact form);
- information when you request further services;
- details when you report a problem with Our Site;
information when you a complete survey that we may ask you about and which we use for research purposes for papers and reports that we may publish and where your returned opinion will have aggregated into a statistic for evidenced-based reporting. You do not have to respond to any request or survey.
J10Group Pty Ltd will not collect for or disseminate to any third party any Personal Identifiable Information or company information obtained.
Corporate and professional information will be collected in accordance with specific agreements such as:
- Professional Services Agreement – between J10Group as the supplier of services and any entity as a procurer of J10Group services.
- Any Statement of Work (Work Order) or Sales Proposal(s) whereby J10Group enter into a services arrangement with a client.
All agreements and dealings are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to the choice of law rules, and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Victoria, Australia.
